摘 要 目的：探讨心内科常见感染因素及处理措施，为临床提供相关参考依据。方法：对2011年1月-2012年5月1200例出院患者的资料进行分析调查，并对我院内发生感染的情况进行分析。结果：在本院心内科1 200例患者中，发生临床感染83例，感染发生率6.92%。感染发生的部位有皮肤软组织感染、胃肠道感染、泌尿系统感染、上呼吸道感染、下呼吸道感染，其中以下呼吸道感染为最多占总数的73.49%。导致临床感染的原因有抗生素的应用、住院时间过长、免疫力低下、侵入性操作等。结论：心内科患者在治疗中有较多的感染危险因素，医师在治疗中应采取针对性的防范措施。
