扶他林软膏外用治疗轻中度腕管综合征疗效观察

摘 要 目的：对比观察扶他林软膏外用治疗腕管综合征的疗效。方法：把68例轻中度腕管综合征患者随机分成扶他林软膏外用组和扶他林片剂口服组。两组均减少双手和手腕的活动，并口服维生素B1和弥可保30天。结果：两组于治疗后7天和30天对比分析，扶他林软膏外用组的疗效明显高于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论：扶他林软膏外用与口服扶他林片剂对比具有疗效好、见效快、不良反应少的特点。
