注射用胸腺五肽辅助治疗带状疱疹的疗效观察

摘 要 目的：探讨注射用胸腺五肽治疗带状疱疹患者的临床疗效。方法：2013年4-10月收治带状疱疹患者68例，随机分为对照组30例和治疗组38例，对照组给予更昔洛韦静滴5mg/(kg·日)，连用10天，外用5%硫磺炉甘石洗剂，并发感染者用克林霉素抗感染治疗。治疗组在对照组基础上加用注射用胸腺五肽1mg，2次/日，连用10天，比较两组的临床疗效。结果：治疗组在止痘、皮损愈合及疼痛缓解时间上均优于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论：注射用胸腺五肽治疗带状疱疹具有较好的临床效果。
