妇科养荣胶囊联合抗生素治疗盆腔包块的临床观察

摘 要 目的：探讨妇科养荣胶囊联合抗生素治疗盆腔炎性包块的临床疗效。方法：收治盆腔炎性包块患者100例，随机分为治疗组和对照组，各50例。对照组单用头孢曲松钠治疗，治疗组采用头孢曲松钠联合妇科养荣胶囊治疗，半个月为1疗程，3个疗程后随访观察炎性包块治疗情况。结果：治疗组显效率94%，对照组显效率76%，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论：妇科养荣胶囊联合抗生素治疗盆腔炎性包块优于单用抗生素治疗，是一种安全有效的方法。
