    摘 要 目的：探讨超声检查在甲状腺结节诊断中的临床应用价值。方法：收集并分析行甲状腺超声检查的528例患者的临床资料。结果：甲状腺结节患病率39.39%。其中男性患病率19.40%，女性患病率55.07%，差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。单发结节40.72%，多发结节59.28%，其中以小结节(直径≤9mm)为主(74.43%)。结论：甲状腺结节超声检查对于甲状腺结节的早期发现、动态观察具有重要意义。
