健康教育对社区糖尿病患者服药依从性的影响分析

    摘 要 目的：探讨健康教育在社区糖尿病患者服药依从性方面影响。方法：2012年1月-2014年2月选择糖尿病患者262例，随机平均分为试验组和对照组，其中对照组仅进行常规的治疗，试验组则在此基础上进行健康教育，对两组患者的服药依从性进行比较分析。结果：试验组总依从率(97.7%)要明显高于对照组(86.3%)，差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论：健康教育的干预能够有效提升糖尿病患者的服药依从性，保证了临床治疗的效果。
