胃镜操作过程中的心理护理

摘 要 目的：通过在胃镜操作前及操作过程中进行心理护理，探讨行胃镜操作中的心理护理配合的特点。方法：对本院近期160例需行胃镜检查患者的心理进行分析，操作前消除患者恐惧、不安的心理，操作中指导配合。结果：160例患者中，仅3例配合欠佳，检查结束后诉咽喉部轻微疼痛，其余157例均配合良好，无任何并发症及意外发生。结论：通过操作前及操作过程中对患者进行有效的心理护理，最大程度地消除行胃镜检查的不适反应，是保证操作成功的重要条件。
