    摘 要 目的：探讨骨折患者术后疼痛因素，总结护理对策，以缓解或消除患者术后痛感。方法：给予相应护理措施，音乐干预、体位纠正及心理护理等措施，对于疼痛严重难以耐受者给予药物镇痛，观察护理效果。结果：相应护理后，91.7%患者疼痛感减轻，可以耐受疼痛。结论：引起骨折术后疼痛因素较多，且疼痛所占比例较大，针对不同疼痛类别，术后给予相应护理可降低患者疼痛感，提高生活质量。
