    摘要目的：探讨分析术前护理干预在PCI术中的应用价值。方法：2012年9月-2013年9月收治行PCI治疗患者70例，分为观察组和对照组各35例，观察组患者给予术前护理干预，对照组患者给予常规术前护理，对比两组患者SAS评分和心率、血压变化等情况。结果：观察组SAS评分明显低于对照组，两组对比差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组治疗依从性明显高于对照组，两组对比差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论：在PCI术中应用术前护理干预能有效防止各种并发症的出现，提高治疗依从性，缓解患者焦虑情绪，值得临床应用和推广。
