    摘要目的：探讨对应激群体进行心理干预的必要性。方法：应激群体干预400例，干预前后使用标准化量表及问卷。结果：干预前后(SCL-90)配对比较(n=400)，P<0.05。干预前后SAS和SDS总分和标准分配对t检验结果(n= 400)，P<0.001。结论：灾难发生后立即进行灾后心理评估及干预，可帮助幸存者和遇难者家属最大限度地积极应付不良心理状态。
