    摘要目的：腹股沟斜疝是普外科临床最常见的疾病之一，可分为先天性腹股沟斜疝和后天性腹股沟斜疝，两者很少在同一患者身上出现。本文通过分析先天性与后天性并存双疝囊腹股沟斜疝1例，提醒临床医师，对于巨大疝，特别是自幼年发病者，术中还纳疝内容后，精索仍粗大时，应想到双疝囊可能，以免遗漏。
