    摘要目的：探究分析麻风腮疫苗接种与过敏性紫癜的相关性。方法：2008年1月-2014年1月收治过敏性紫癜患者28例，所有患者均接种过疫苗，总结其发病的原因及发病特点。结果：患病人群以1～10岁为主，所占比例46.43%明显高于其他各年龄段患者所占的比例；以麻腮风疫苗为主(35.71%)，显著高于其他各种类型疫苗。接种两次疫苗患者的发病率75.00%明显高于其他各剂次的发病率；春、秋发病率42.86%、32.14%明显高于夏季及冬季，以上差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)；患病症状以紫癜皮疹及腹痛为主。结论：麻风腮疫苗接种与过敏性紫癜之间具有非常密切的相关性，具有一定的规律性及特点。
