    摘 要 药房是医院面向患者服务的窗口，药品差错问题严重影响医院的管理及临床的治疗。本文依据笔者工作经验，对药品差错的类型进行归纳分析，并提出相应的解决办法。通过有效措施的实施，药品差错问题得到有效控制，促使了用药的合理性及社会经济效益的提高。药品差错的控制是医院工作的重大任务之一，必须根据具体情况采取相对应的可操作性措施，从而杜绝药房药品差错现象的发生。
