提高临床检验标本合格率的措施

摘 要 目的：探讨临床检验标本的不合格类型及原因，以提高检验标本的合格率。方法：2010年11月-2011年11月接收临床检验标本5 038份，对不合格标本的分类与原因进行回顾性分析。结果：5 038份标本的不合格率10.26%，不合格率最高为痰液标本(18.95%)，最低为脑脊液标本(0)。不合格原因有送检不及时、受污染、药物影响、标本量少、治疗同侧采集、容器错误及抗凝不完全等。结论：对临床标本进行检验时，为提高结果准确性，需要从标本采集及检验全过程进行全面控制与管理。
