优质护理对肺心病患者情绪及生活质量的效果评价(1)

摘 要 目的：探讨优质护理在肺源性心脏病(简称肺心病)患者情绪及生活质量的效果。方法：2012年6月-2013年6月收治肺心病患者120例，作为试验组，放置优质护理示范病房，通过对患者情绪及生活质量的评估，有针对性的对患者进行有效的护理干预。2010年6月-2011年12月收治肺心病患者120例，作为对照组，不实施优质护理病房。对两组患者的情绪及生活质量进行比较。结果：试验组负性情绪发生率明显低于对照组，生活质量明显高于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论：优质护理对肺心病患者实施后，患者情绪改善明显，生活质量评分明显提高，值得临床借鉴应用。
