耳穴贴压治疗痛经的临床疗效评价

摘 要 目的：探讨耳穴贴压法治疗原发性痛经的临床疗效。方法：将120例原发性痛经患者随机分为入耳穴贴压治疗组与口服元胡止痛对照组，观察3个月经周期治疗后痛经疼痛程度变化。结果：与口服元胡止痛片治疗相比，耳穴贴压法治疗3个月经周期后痛经疼痛程度差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论：耳穴贴压法可有效缓解痛经症状，值得临床推广应用。
