通阳法治疗冠心病不稳定型心绞痛临床观察

摘 要 目的：探讨通阳法治疗冠心病不稳定型心绞痛的临床效果。方法：2013年1-12月收治不稳定型心绞痛患者100例，随机分为试验组与对照组。对照组采用常规的西医法进行治疗，试验组在此基础上加以冠心通阳汤进行联合治疗。比较两组恢复情况。结果：试验组在临床效果、中医证候积分、实验室指标等方面的改善情况优于对照组，差异具有统计意义(P<0.05)。结论：冠心通阳汤结合常规西医疗法在治疗不稳定型心绞痛方面效果显著，值得在临床上广泛推广。
