奥扎格雷钠治疗急性脑梗死的临床观察

摘 要 目的：观察奥扎格雷钠注射液对脑梗死的治疗作用。方法：收治急性脑梗死患者100例，随机分成观察组和对照组各，50例。观察组使用奥扎格雷钠注射液80 mg加入0.9%氯化钠注射液250 ml中，1次/日，静滴。对照组采用注射用盐酸川芎嗪160 mg加入0.9%氯化钠注射液250 ml中，1次/日，静滴；均2周1个疗程。结果：观察组总有效率92.00%，对照组总有效率78.00%。观察组明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论：奥扎格雷钠注射液治疗脑梗死疗效优于注射用盐酸川芎嗪。
