柴胡桂枝汤加味治疗肩关节周围炎疗效观察

摘 要 目的：观察柴胡桂枝汤加味治疗肩关节周围炎的临床疗效。方法：对52例肩关节周围炎采用柴胡桂枝汤加味治疗，同时配合功能锻炼。所有患者治疗1～3个疗程后，观察其临床疗效。结果：52例中治愈27例，好转23例，未愈2例，总有效率96.2%。结论：柴胡桂枝汤加味治疗肩关节周围炎有较好的疗效，值得临床推广。
