综合性护理干预对单纯性脂肪肝患者肝功能的影响

摘 要 目的：分析单纯性脂肪肝患者应用综合性护理干预对肝功能的影响。方法：2010年10月-2013年10月收治单纯性脂肪肝患者112例，按数字表法随机分为研究组和对照组，每组56例；对照组行常规护理干预，研究组行综合性护理干预，比较两组肝功能、体重指数、血脂水平改善情况。结果：干预后研究组肝功能、体重指数、血脂水平改善情况均优于对照组，组间比较均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论：单纯性脂肪肝患者应用综合性护理干预效果良好，具有临床推广意义。
