摘要护理差错是指在护理操作过程中，护理人员因责任心不强，违反操作规程或技术问题等原因造成工作失误，但是经过纠正未给患者造成严重后果或未造成任何后果的医疗纠纷。在医患关系日趋紧张的当今，重提如何避免或减少护理差错的发生很有必要。
