护士绩效考核在优质护理服务中的应用(1)

    摘 要 目的：探讨护士绩效考核方法在优质护理服务中的应用方法及效果。方法：结合专科特点，通过对护理能级、工作质量、工作量考核的方法，公开、公平、公正的考核护理工作。结果：实施护士绩效考核后，护士满意度由原来的74.24%提升到91.67%，患者满意度由原来的79.37%提高到98.73%，差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论：该方法客观、有效、易于操作，有助于提高优质护理服务的质量，是推进优质护理的保障。
