摘 要 目的：寻找快速有效治疗会阴水肿的最佳治疗护理方法。方法：采用单盲法将120例会阴水肿产妇随机分成3组，各40例。观察组采用50%的硫酸镁湿热敷与微波理疗。对照组采用单纯使用50%的硫酸镁湿热敷或单纯使用微波理疗治疗会阴水肿，观察3组水肿消退的时间。结果：观察组与2个对照组比较，水肿消退的时间差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论：50%的硫酸镁湿热敷与微波理疗同时作用于会阴水肿的治疗护理方法具有水肿消退快、疗效好、时间短的优点。
