我院2013年病原菌种类及药敏分析研究

摘 要 目的：对南阳市口腔医院2013年病原菌种类及药敏情况统计分析。方法：收集2013年全年微生物标本。结果：送检标本203份。检出菌株133例，检出率65.52%。以革兰阳球菌为主，革兰阳球菌比率71.43%。结论：病原菌以革兰阳性球菌为主，MRCON明显优势，革兰阴性杆菌和真菌与往年变化不大。病原菌种类和耐药率上升应引起重视，合理施治、合理检查、科学用药、提高医疗质量。
