脱细胞基质肛瘘填塞术治疗高位肛瘘100例的观察与护理(1)

摘 要 目的：探讨脱细胞基质肛瘘堵塞术治疗高位肛瘘的观察与护理。方法：2012年8月-2013年12月收治高位肛瘘患者100例，采用脱细胞基质肛瘘堵塞术治疗。常规组50例，予以常规临床护理；综合组50例，常规护理基础上，予以科学、合理的心理护理、疼痛护理、饮食护理等综合性护理干预措施。结果：综合组术后伤口疼痛程度、创口愈合时间、患者满意度与常规组比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论：脱细胞基质肛瘘堵塞术治疗高位肛瘘具有较理想的临床疗效，而科学的、合理的综合护理干预则是全面保障临床治疗效果的重要前提。
