摘要 目的：研究无抽搐电休克治疗对精神分裂症患者心率和血压的影响。方法：收治接受无抽搐电休克(MECT)治疗的精神分裂症患者150例，观察患者MECT治疗前血压和心率，MECT治疗后10 min及1h后血压和心率变化情况。结果：与MECT治疗前比较，MECT治疗后10min心率、收缩压、舒张压有所升高，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。与治疗后10min比较，治疗后1h心率、收缩压、舒张压明显下降，差异有统计学意义(P
