【摘要】目的 探讨血液透析滤过(HDF)对尿毒症皮肤瘙痒的治疗效果。方法：顽固性皮肤瘙痒的尿毒症患者26例, 每周进行HDF 1次，HD 2次，观察治疗前后皮肤瘙痒评分，比较治疗前后有无显著差异。结果：治疗后患者皮肤瘙痒评分较治疗前明显下降(P<0.001)。结论：采用血液透析滤过方式明显缓解尿毒症患者顽固性皮肤瘙痒的症状。

    【Abstract】Objective To assess the treatment and nursing care of hemodiafiltration in toxuriapatients with pruritus. Method Stubborn skin pruritus caused toxuria were treated by hemodiafiltration once a week and by hemodialysis twice a week, compare grade of skin pruritus before and after treatment .Result Grade of skin pruritus was declined obviously by hemodiafiltration(P<0.001).Conclusis hemodiafiltration can effectively relieve skin pruritus.
