探讨案例教学法在《外科护理学》教学中的应用(1)

     【摘要】 目的: 探讨案例教学法在《外科护理学》教学中的应用。 方法: 选取2010届三年制中专护理专业4个班共200名护生,随机分为实验组与对照组,实验组采用在传统教学基础上合用案例教学,对照组采用传统教学法, 课程结束后评价教学效果。 结果 :实验组护生期末理论考试及病案分析平均成绩分别为82.27±7.34分、8.52±0.72分;对照组护生期末理论考试及病案分析平均成绩分别为71.94±9.01分、6.55±0.97分;两组护生平均成绩差异有极显著意义(P<0.001)。 结论 :在《外科护理学》教学中引入案例教学法,缩短了理论与临床实践的距离,激发了学生学习的兴趣,有利于培养学生分析和解决问题的能力,及早建立临床思维能力,较好的提高了教学效果。

    To Explore The Application Of Case Teaching Method In The Course Of Surgery Nursing Teaching.

    【Abstract】Objective :To explore the application of case teaching method in the course of Surgery Nursing teaching.Methods: 200 nursing students from four classes were randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group. The students in the experimental group(n=100) received case teaching method based on the combination of traditional teaching methods, while the students in the control group(n=100)received traditional teaching methods in the course of Surgery Nursing.Then,the outcomes of teaching were evaluated. Results : The theory test of final exam and medical case analysis , the average scores of performance in the experimental group of nursing are 82.27±7.34points and 8.52±0.72points , which in the control group are 71.94±9.01points and 6.55±0.97points,and extremely significant differences between them were shown (P<0.001). Conclusion :The application of case teaching method in the course of Surgery Nursing shortens the distance between theory and clinical practice ,what’more ,it stimulates the students interest in learning.It is proved to be helpful for the training of students’capability for problem analyzing and solving,for the establishment of students’ ability of clinical thinking ,and the improvement of teaching effect.
