【摘要】:目的:建立板蓝根颗粒中靛玉红的含量测定方法，为板蓝根颗粒的质量标准控制提供理论依据。方法:采用LC-10ATvp高效液相色谱仪，色谱柱:Diamonsil C18柱(4.6mm×250mm，10μm);流动相:甲醇:0.2%醋酸溶液(73:27);流速:1.0ml/min;检测波长:289nm;柱温:25℃;进样量:20μl。结果:靛玉红进样量在5.28～26.40μg范围内与峰面积呈良好线性关系，R=0.9935;平均回收率为100.67%，RSD=1.31%。结论:本实验所建立的方法专属性强，准确度高，重现性好，可作为板蓝根颗粒的质量控制方法。
