【摘要】:甲状腺毒症是以怕热、多汗、心悸、食欲增加、消瘦、神经症、易疲劳、多动、颤抖及血FT3↑、FT4↑为主要表现的临床症候群。容易混淆为Greaves病甲亢。本文分析了284例甲状腺毒症的临床资料，并对其病因进行了分析，以期提高对甲状腺毒症的认识和诊断水平。
