氟哌酸外用治疗60岁以上老年人烧伤残余创面疗效分析(1)

【摘要】目的:探讨老年患者烧伤残余创面的治疗方法。方法:选择60岁以上烧伤后多于3个月创面仍散在分布于体表且合并有细菌、真菌感染者为治疗对象,随机分成治疗组、对照组。治疗组以10%氟哌酸软膏外用,对照组以1%或2%磺胺密啶银霜、莫匹罗星软膏、中草药散剂或膏剂外用。观察两组病人一般情况及创面愈合速度,治疗组同时观察氟哌酸的不良反应、毒副作用。结果:治疗组烧伤残余创面愈合(23.85±8.08天)早于对照组(42.73±12.33天),差异具有统计学意义(t=-15.29,p<0.00)。治疗组创面细菌和真菌培养全部转阴,其中合并真菌感染12例(8.23%),治疗过程中及病人随诊1-3年均未发生消化系、中枢神经系统、血象、造血及骨骼等方面异常改变。结论:氟哌酸外用治疗60岁以上老年人烧伤残余创面药源充足,方法简单易行、价格低廉、时间短、安全、可放心使用。其疗效明显优于传统方法治疗。

Therapeutic analysis of Norfloxacin for residual burn ound of over 60 years old patients

【Abstract】Objective:to explore the therapeutic methods of residual burn wound in old patients. Method:the patients over 60 years old were randomly divided into two groups included in the case,of whom the wound surface was combined with bacterial or fungous infection for more than three months. The 10% Norfloxacin was external applied in the treatment group while 1% or 2% SD-Ag cream,Mupirocin Ointment and Chinese traditional herbal medicine were exterior used in the control group. The general healing status and recovery process were observed in both groups. Besides,the toxic side effect of Norfloxacin was evaluated in the treatment group. Results:In the treatment group,the residual burn wound was cured Significantly early than the control group(the treatment group:23.85±8.08;the control group:42.73±12.33;P<0.05). And the bacterial and fungous tests were negative in all the patients after the treatment. With regard to the 12 patients (8.23%)who were combined with fungous infection,however,none of the pathological changes were observed during the treatment or afterwards 1-3 years follow-up,such as the illness related to digestion system,central neural system,hemogram,haematogenesis and bones,etc. Conclusion:the therapeutic effect of Norfloxacin is better than traditional methods. And Norfloxacin is suitable for the treatment of residual burn wound in over 60 years old patients for its adequate resource,easy to use,low price,time-saving and safety.
