【摘要】目的:探讨妊娠高血压合并心力衰竭的治疗与预防措施。方法:回顾性分析了我院妇产科2003-2009年收治的33例妊娠高血压合并心力衰竭的患者的临床资料。结果:按时进行孕期检查,对妊娠高血压及早实施干预,是避免诱发心衰的主要因素;当心衰发生后,使用扩血管药的同时用西地兰强心纠正心衰效果较好;视病情变化无论心衰是否纠正及时终止妊娠,利于母婴预后。

    [Abstract] Objective:To explore the susceptible factors and preventive measure of heartfailure caused by pregnancy-induced hypertension. Methods:The clinical data of 33 pregnancy women with heartfailure caused by pregnancy-induced hypertension in our hospital from 2003 to 2009 were analyzed retrospectively. Results:Regular checkup during pregnancy,adequate treatmentof PIH avoid the inducementsof heart failure.The combined use of the drugs dilating vessels and digital is could obtain satisfactory effects in the treatmentof PIH complicatedwith heart failure.
