【摘要】目的:探讨妊娠高血压合并心力衰竭的治疗与预防措施。方法:回顾性分析了我院妇产科2003-2009年收治的33例妊娠高血压合并心力衰竭的患者的临床资料。结果:按时进行孕期检查，对妊娠高血压及早实施干预，是避免诱发心衰的主要因素;当心衰发生后，使用扩血管药的同时用西地兰强心纠正心衰效果较好;视病情变化无论心衰是否纠正及时终止妊娠，利于母婴预后。
