【摘要】目的:观察奥曲肽治疗肝硬化患者食管胃底静脉曲张破裂出血(EGVB)的疗效。方法:选择我院2005年1月～2007年6月住院就诊的管胃底静脉曲张出血94例患者为研究对象，并分为奥曲肽治疗组和垂体后叶素治疗组，比较二者临床治疗效果。结果:治疗组奥曲肽组)和对照组(垂体后叶素组)。治疗组在24小时的止血率明显高于对照组(P<0.01)，而再出血率、不良反应发生率均显著低于对照组(P<0.01)。结论:奥曲肽治疗食管胃底静脉曲张出血安全有效，在临床上有重要的应当价值。
