【摘要】目的:观察阿魏酸钠联合血塞通注射液对脑梗塞的临床疗效。方法:将62例患者随机分为2组，治疗组31例，应用阿魏酸钠注射液150mg加入0.9%生理盐水250ml静脉滴注，1次/日，血塞通注射液300mg加入0.9%生理盐水中250ml静脉点滴，1次/日，对照组31例，给予维脑路通注射液600mg加入低分子右旋糖酐注射液500ml中静滴，1次/日，持续治疗2周，观察两组疗效。结果:治疗组总有效率93.5%，对照组74.2%;两组比较有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:美阿魏酸钠联合血塞通注射液治疗脑梗塞效果明确，安全性好。
