【摘要】对本实验室提取的川产天麻多糖粗提液进行分离纯化，研究结果表明:采用酶法除蛋白效果比较理想，一次就能达到比较好的效果，胰蛋白酶用量为2.0U/mg，处理时间以5h最好;酶解结合一次Sevag法再醇沉后，蛋白脱出率为90.1%;进样体积8ml、样品浓度4%、流速0.8ml/min时，Sepharose 6 Fast Flow凝胶分离效果最好。

    Purification of Gastrodia elata BL Polysaccharides
