天麻多糖的纯化工艺研究
【摘要】对本实验室提取的川产天麻多糖粗提液进行分离纯化,研究结果表明:采用酶法除蛋白效果比较理想,一次就能达到比较好的效果,胰蛋白酶用量为2.0U/mg,处理时间以5h最好;酶解结合一次Sevag法再醇沉后,蛋白脱出率为90.1%;进样体积8ml、样品浓度4%、流速0.8ml/min时,Sepharose 6 Fast Flow凝胶分离效果最好。【关键词】天麻;多糖;纯化
