【摘要】目的:探讨国产利培酮(思利舒)治疗脑血管所致精神障碍的疗效和安全性。方法:随机抽取脑血管病所致精神障碍30例，用思利舒治疗，并分别于治疗前及治疗后第1、2、4、8周末采用简明精神病量表BPRS，阳性与阴性症状量表(PANSS)及副反应量表(TESS)评定临床疗效及不良反应。结果:BPRS总分，PANSS总分和各症状评分较治疗前显著降低，且有显著差异(P<0.01-0.05)，有效率，90%显效率，63%;常见不良反应是体重增加和静坐不能。结论:思利舒对脑血管病所致精神障碍安全有效，不良反应少，经济适用，值得临床推广使用。
