Vitapex联合派丽奥治疗根尖周炎40例临床分析

【摘要】目的：探讨Vitapex、派丽奥联合治疗根尖周炎的临床效果。方法：依据治疗根尖周炎的方法随机分为常规治疗组(30例)和联合治疗组(40例)，每天治疗3次，连续6个月，X线观察疗效，分析口腔科收治的70例根尖周炎患者临床资料。结果：联合治疗组患者疗效明显优于常规治疗组，差异具有统计学意义(P<005)。结论：Vitapex、派丽奥联合治疗根尖周炎具有很好的协同作用，提高了抗菌效果。

Abstract：Objective To approach clinical result of combination treatment of periapical periodontitis by Vitapex and Periocline. Method Patients were randomly divided into conventional treatment group(30 cases) and combined treatment group(40 cases)，and treated three times a day for six months.Efficacy was observed by X-ray，and clinical data of 70 periapical periodontitis patients in department of stomatology was analyzed.Result The curative effect of combined treatment group was better than conventional treatment group，the difference was statistical significance(P<005).Conclusion The combination treatment of periapical periodontitis by Vitapex and Periocline， has a good synergy，and it improves the antibacterial effect.
