宫内节育器异位影响因素的分析

【摘要】 目的：探讨宫内节育器异位(IUD)的影响因素及预防措施。方法：回顾性分析我中心2012年至2013年宫内节育器放置患者的资料，选取48例出现宫内节育器异位患者记为观察组，选取同期48例未发生异位患者记为对照组，通过单因素分析宫内节育器异位的危险因素、临床表现，同时提出预防措施。结果：宫颈异位患者多表现为月经异常及下腹疼痛，患者发生宫内节育器异位与宫内节育器类型、放置时机、放置时间、放置后临床表现、子宫因素等有明显相关性。结论：宫内节育器异位可能与放置时间、节育器类型、子宫因素等有关，疼痛是发生异位的主要线索，日常工作中对高危患者进行定期随访。

Abstract： Objective To investigate the influence of factors of IUD and preventive measures.
