HPLC法测定金松止痒洗液中梣酮的含量

     【摘 要】 目的：建立金松止痒洗液中梣酮的含量测定方法。方法：采用HPLC法，以Zorbax XDB-C18为分析柱(46mm×150mm，5μm)，甲醇-水(60∶40)为流动相，流速1ml·min-1，检测波长为236nm。结果：梣酮在002～025μg线性关系良好(R=09999)，平均加样回收率为9851%，RSD为091%(n=6)。结论：本法准确、简便、重复性好，可作为金松止痒洗液的质量控制方法。
