基于“肾主生殖” 理论探讨卵巢颗粒细胞增殖机理研究(1)

     【摘要】卵巢颗粒细胞的增殖是体现人类生殖能力的重要环节。笔者通过概述GPER/EGFR/MAPK信号转导通路中相关蛋白促进颗粒细胞增殖的机制及其中西医研究进展，初步探讨此通路与人类生殖的关系并丰富“肾主生殖”理论，以期能够从微观化的角度为卵巢颗粒细胞增殖在中西医生殖领域的治疗提供新的研究思路与方法。
