【摘要】目的：观察小儿推拿配合艾灸治疗小儿脾虚型泄泻的临床疗效。方法：选取40例脾虚型泄泻患儿，随机分成中医组和西医组各20例，中医组采取小儿推拿配合艾灸的方法，西医组进行药物治疗。结果：中医组和西医组患儿相比总有效率差异有统计学意义(P<005)。结论：小儿推拿配合艾灸治疗小儿脾虚型泄泻疗效优于单纯西药治疗。

    Abstract：Objective To observe clinical efficacy of TCM therapy on pediatric diarrhea with the Pixu type.
