【摘要】目的：观察妇产科门诊实施优质护理服务的临床效果。方法：将妇产科门诊接诊的489例患者分为两组。对照组(236例)行常规护理，观察组(253例)在此基础上予优质护理服务，比较两组护理效果。结果：观察组并发症发生率、不良事件发生率及投诉率分别为356%、079%、000%，较对照组均有下降，差异具有统计学意义(P<005)。观察组患者SAS评分与满意度评分分别为(3962±513)分、(9661±204)分，较对照组均明显改善，差异具有统计学意义(P<001)。结论：妇产科门诊实施优质护理服务可降低并发症、不良事件发生率及投诉率，改善患者心理状态，提高满意度，值得临床应用。
