协同护理对脑卒中45例疾病不确定感及生活质量的影响(1)
【摘 要】 目的：探讨协同护理模式对脑卒中患者疾病不确定感和生活质量的影响。方法：将90例脑卒中患者随机分为对照组45例和干预组45例，对照组给予常规护理，干预组在常规护理基础上给予协同护理模式。在入院和出院2个月时采用疾病不确定量表和生活质量量表对患者进行调查。结果：干预后，干预组患者疾病不确定感评分均低于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)，生活质量评分均高于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论：协同护理模式可有效降低患者的疾病不确定感，提高患者的生活质量。
