【摘 要】 P2X7受体及其介导的信号通路在中枢神经系统疾病中发挥着关键的调控作用，P2X7受体可能成为中枢神经系统疾病潜在的药物靶点。本文就P2X7受体与中枢神经系统疾病如帕金森病、阿尔茨海默病、肌萎缩侧索硬化、抑郁症和失眠等的最新研究进展进行综述。
