从肾肝脾三脏论治高催乳素血症浅析(1)
【摘要】高催乳素血症(HPRL)是妇科临床常见病和疑难杂症，严重影响妇女的生殖健康。文中从HPRL与肾肝脾三脏的相关性来浅述其中医病因病机及辨证论治思路。认为HPRL的发病主要与肾肝脾三脏功能失调、冲任损伤密切相关，治疗上当兼顾肾肝脾三脏，以疏肝理气、补肾健脾、祛瘀化痰为法，方药选用经验方仙麦芍甘汤，配合中医周期疗法及艾灸，切中病机，疗效肯定，值得推广。
