腕踝针镇痛实验机制及fMRI应用概况(1)
【摘 要】 腕踝针是从腕部和踝部取相应的点进行皮下针刺来治疗疾病的一种针刺疗法，主要应用于疼痛控制区域，对于各种急慢性疼痛(神经痛、骨关节痛、癌痛等)具有良好的治疗作用。腕踝针针法临床镇痛效果明确，文章主要从其实验机制及其针法对脑区fMRI的这应用两个方面的研究现状与问题进行初步的综述与分析。
