【摘 要】 慢性盆腔炎为妇科常见病与疑难病， 严重影响妇女的生活质量， 甚至引起不孕、宫外孕。中医学、蒙医学均认为其病因病机为湿瘀交阻，气血凝滞胞脉，久而癥瘕内结而形成本病。该病病程较长， 缠绵难愈， 虚实夹杂。以当归芍药散为基础方健脾利湿、活血化瘀， 在西医辨病的基础上结合中医辨证，协同蒙药活血调经治疗， 疗效确切。
