【摘 要】 目的：优选白刺花中总黄酮的最佳提取工艺。方法：采用响应面分析法优化，以总黄酮提取率为评价指标，在考察单因素试验的基础上，选取乙醇浓度、加液量、提取温度和提取时间为自变量，利用Design-Expert软件分析优化出白刺花中总黄酮的最佳提取工艺条件。结果：优化所得白刺花中总黄酮的最佳提取工艺条件为：乙醇浓度为72%，加液量为21倍，提取温度为71℃，提取时间为133 min。结论：响应面优化所得到的最佳提取工艺准确、稳定，是提取白刺花中总黄酮的可行方法。
