【摘 要】 中医药在术后机体恢复、防止肿瘤复发和提高患者生存质量等方面具有重要作用。正虚是肿瘤发生发展的首要病机，中医扶正法治疗肿瘤效果显著。马纯政教授对肿瘤术后患者运用中医药治疗有独到见解，文章总结其柔肝养肝，顾养本脏，辅以理气活血通络；健运中焦，恢复气机升降；温阳益精，平调阴阳的扶正用药思路。
